👋 Welcome / Personal Note
The last few weeks reminded me just how easy it is to fall out of routine — and how tough it can be to get back on track.
In the span of a month, I welcomed a new baby into our family, moved cities, and started a new job. With all the chaos, it’s been hard to find time to exercise, eat well, or even rest. It’s in moments like these when it’s easy to feel frustrated or blame life’s craziness for losing momentum.
But here’s what I’ve realized: these same moments also prove how powerful small choices can be. A 10-minute break? That’s a perfect window for a few bodyweight exercises. Instead of grabbing fast food, I’ve been using the weekend to prep a few go-to snacks and lunches. And rest? Well... I’ll report back on that one in a few weeks.
The point is, you don’t need perfect conditions to care for your health — just small, intentional adjustments. Let’s start with one of the most foundational: how we move.
