👋 Stop Forcing It: Align Your Habits With What You Actually Want

Last week, we talked about consistency — not trying to do everything perfectly, just doing something regularly. That’s how momentum builds.

But this week, I’ve been reflecting on something deeper:
It’s not just about getting back into a routine — it’s about getting back to what actually matters to you.

Because here’s the truth: if six-pack abs aren’t something you actually care about, then grinding through endless core workouts probably won’t last long. But if you want to run a marathon, daily runs align with that goal — and suddenly, consistency doesn’t feel so forced. It feels purposeful.

The point is, when your actions match your deeper reason for wanting to feel better, healthier, or stronger, showing up becomes a whole lot easier. You don’t need constant motivation — you need alignment.

So if last week didn’t go as planned, that’s okay. Instead of asking “Why didn’t I do more?”, ask “What do I really want right now?” Then build your next step around that.

Let’s dive in and make this week a little stronger, a little clearer, and a lot more aligned.
